Every home is different, so we don’t guess a price online and change it on the day. It depends on your TV size, your wall, the bracket and how the cables are hidden. An experienced engineer comes out free, checks everything and gives you a fixed quote before any work starts. If you say no, you pay nothing.
Yes. We check the wall first and use fixings made for plasterboard, with a heavy-duty bracket for bigger TVs. Plenty of our customers have their TVs on plasterboard and acoustic walls.
No. Jobs are done in one visit: happy with the quote, the engineer does the work there and then.
Yes. Every installation comes with our standard 1-year guarantee, and you can buy a longer guarantee on the day of the install.
You can pay by card, including over the phone, or cash.
Yes. We carry public liability insurance of up to £2 million.
Yes. We invoice landlords and letting agents directly. Tell us when you book.
Only if you want it. You can have the cables inside the wall, with the plaster made good, or in a neat cable cover on the surface. The engineer explains both before quoting.
Our engineer tests the signal first and tells you exactly what will fix it: a repair, a new cable or a new aerial. You only pay for what you approve.
No. Your cameras record at home and you watch them on your phone. No subscription, to us or anyone else.
Extenders halve the speed and often sit where the signal is already weak. We check your router and connection first, then place mesh units or run a cable to where you need it.
